Answer:

1. I would be happy if all agricultural lands and plantations in Indonesia had good irrigation and got enough water to grow rice, corn, wheat, secondary crops, or fruit and vegetables plants which were useful and needed by everyone.

2. The purpose of the text is to persuade the readers that water is very important for agricultural growth. In my opinion, persuading the readers that water is very important for agricultural growth could be done by giving the readers the arguments about the reason why water is very important.

3. No, I don’t think that irrigation can be replaced with other methods to irrigate the rice field.
