Sehari Sebelum Melahirkan Anak Ketiga, Jennifer Bachdim Masih Sempat Tamasya

Menurutnya, berjalan kaki dalam jarak yang cukup jauh pada H-1 proses persalinan membuat kelahiran lebih lancar.

"Yesterday was THE DAY, the day we finally met our third miracle child

After 40 weeks + 1day my contractions finally began.

We went to Bali Zoo the day before (because we did the same thing with Kiyomi when I passed my due date back then, and we took a long walk with Kenji as well) and it actually worked again!

The morning started as usual, waking up, making breakfast for the kids, bringing the kids to school and going back home

Cleaning up and getting ready for work (I still wanted to record my last “how to avoid stretch marks video”) but then around 9am I started feeling soft cramps.

The cramps got heavier and more frequently, I started tracking my contractions at 11am.

I kept in touch with my amazing doctor @stelkawilarang and she told me to keep tracking my contractions and if the pain gets too strong or too close too each other I have to come to the hospital.

My contractions kept on coming, they got stronger and longer!

Around 2pm I had an average of 1min contractions every 3 min, and that was the time to leave to the hospital!

Irfan picked up Kiyomi and Kenji from summer camp and then we drove to the hospital.

Our kids were so excited yet a bit worried to see Mama in pain, but they were so sweet, helping with everything they possibly could

Otw to the hospital my contractions got stronger and more painful, we had traffic jam but arrived after around 30min.

When we arrived at the hospital my cervix was 4cm dilated, I could still smile and take a selfie in between contractions," tulis Jennifer.
