We always knew we had big questions to answer. Two months before graduation, you told me you’d move to Jakarta. This was after many, many difficult conversations. You said it best- “some things are simply worth fighting for”.
These past 7 months, I watched you roll your luggages into your new apartment in South Jakarta, take Bahasa Indonesia lessons, drive on the left side of the road, and immerse yourself in a whole new culture that is undoubtedly different and foreign to you. It is inspiring to see my open and growthful man, persevering through all the challenges that this transition has posed. Thank you for being a true partner and believing in us.
